Amaze Inclusion supports organisations to understand how Autistic and neurodivergent people experience programs, services, learning environments and workforce systems.
Research and resource development is particularly valuable when organisations need to:
- Understand lived experience within a specific program, service or workforce
- Inform policy or system-level reform
- Develop guidance or tools for multiple audiences
- Translate consultation findings into structured implementation steps
Our work is grounded in lived experience, evidence and co-design, ensuring findings are credible, relevant and directly applicable to operational contexts.
Our Approach
Amaze Inclusion’s research and resource development model is built on four principles:

From Insight to Implementation
We co-design tools and resources that support participation and clarity across systems and communities.
Outputs may include:
- Structured recommendations for departments, institutions or leadership teams
- Policy and practice guidance aligned to sector requirements
- Implementation guides to support staged improvement
- Program guidelines, decision pathways or implementation tools
- Redesigned templates, forms or process flows
- Audience-specific resources, such as learner or visitor guides, visual supports, social scripts or accessible plain-language materials
