Expanding on Creating Neuroinclusive Workplaces, this workshop focuses on the leadership’s role in shaping inclusive practices, expectations and team culture. Participants learn how to apply neurodiversity principles to leadership tasks, using Amaze tools to support task design, supervision, performance and team culture in a consistent, predictable and inclusive way.

  • provide proactive support without requiring formal identification or disclosure
  • implement small, targeted changes that improve wellbeing, performance and long-term retention.
